As the saying goes - it doesn’t get any better than this.
Ms. Hillary Clinton’s speeches are always a real treat and music
for my ears. They are always very well
thought through, organized and timed.
Thanks to the US Secretary of States’ experience in dealing with foreigners
in general and English as a Foreign Language or EFL speakers in particular, the First
Lady of the US Foreign Affairs is especially sensitive to the issues of
international and multicultural communications.
Depending on the audience and its or their intellectual and educational level and background she adjusts not only her vocabulary and grammar but also the speed of her presentation and intonation. She speaks very clearly, which is especially important for ESL or English as a Second Language listeners. Her every single word is individually and carefully pronounced as if it were (was) the only one in the whole appearance.
